Summer Booking Conditions:

The Club will accept summer bookings when the lodge is not required for club use.

The Club requires that a member be present for all summer bookings; a booking will only be accepted if the booking officer can find a member who is willing to be manager.

The club will only accept summer bookings for groups of 20 or more.

Accomodation is provided on a self-catering basis only

Guests must provide all their own bed linen and towels for summer bookings.

A bond, equivalent to the cost of one night’s accommodation, is payable for all summer bookings.  In the event of property damage caused by guests the costs of repairing any damage will be deducted from the bond.  The bond is refunded (either fully or less the cost of repairing property damage) at the end of the booking.

Please Note:

• Persons use the lodge and facilities entirely at their own risk and Coonamar Ski Club assumes no responsibility for loss or injury to personal property and/or persons.
• We strongly recommend insurance against the loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
• The lodge manager may terminate a booking at any time (such termination to take effect immediately) if the conduct of the guest unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of the lodge by members or other guests, or poses a risk of damage to the lodge, it's contents or the property of others. If the booking is cancelled in these circumstances, any accomodation fee for the remainder of the booking will be forfeited by the guest and will not be refunded. A police officer is located on the mountain. If appropriate, the Police will be called to deal with guests whose behaviour interferes with others.
