Please Note:
- Persons use the lodge and facilities entirely at their own risk and Coonamar Ski Club assumes no responsibility for loss or injury to personal property and/or persons.
- We strongly recommend insurance against the loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
- Bookings are covered by the Mt Buller ski guarantee as detailed on the official Mt Buller Winter Accomodation and Information brochure and Web site (http://www.mtbuller.com.au/winter/snow_guarantee.aspx)
- The lodge manager may terminate a booking at any time (such termination to take effect immediately) if the conduct of the guest unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of the lodge by members or other guests, or poses a risk of damage to the lodge, it's contents or the property of others. If the booking is cancelled in these circumstances, any accomodation fee for the remainder of the booking will be forfeited by the guest and will not be refunded. A police officer is located on the mountain. If appropriate, the Police will be called to deal with guests whose behaviour interferes with others.
